Colorize, Accessorize, & Swaggerize.

                 
I can’t tell you how many guys I see at events, weddings, or even the club that   look ridiculous simply because they did not colorize and accessorize properly.  Colors are very important. So many guys make a fashion faux pas  by wearing intensely bright colored shirts and pants thinking they’re trend setting. Don’t get me wrong a pretty blue dress shirt can be nice, but it’s overdone. Simple dark colors with a touch of pattern or light colors like powder blue work much more in your favor. Wearing these types of   colors not only make you look more fit but also more mature and put together, like you’re not trying, which TRUST ME is very attractive.



Add colors to your accessories instead.
 
Belts, watches, and ties are the three main accessories for men when getting dressed for a special occasion. Wearing these specific items of the same color family will bring a whole different level of style to your image. Try wearing belts, watches, or ties in colors such as white, black with a touch of silver, burgundies, plums, or even cream colored tones which are not only simple but fashionable, sexy, and best of all MANLY!

Healthy Fruits

Apples
With only 80 calories and 0 grams of fat, it's tough to beat the all-around health boost an apple provides. The primary health benefit of apples is the 3 grams of fiber you get from each one, which carries you a long way toward the 20 grams you are supposed to get each day. High fiber diets have also been linked to a reduced risk of heart disease and stroke, as well as clearer skin, so if you're looking for a fruit to start loading up on, look no further!
Bananas

Other studies link pomegranate consumption to a reduced risk of breast cancer.
Oranges
Oranges pack a dual punch of citrus and anti-oxidants that every healthy person needs for optimal functioning.
